At Armonia Gems, we take pride in delivering exceptional handcrafted jewelry and certified gemstones. To ensure transparency and trust, we’ve outlined our cancellation, return, and refund policies below.
1. Order Cancellation
- Standard Orders:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at support@armoniagems.com with your order number.
- Custom or Personalized Items:
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started, due to their unique nature.
- Late Cancellation Requests:
If cancellation is requested after 24 hours but before dispatch, a cancellation fee of up to 10% may be applied.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 10 days of delivery
- Item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags and certificates
- The item is not customized or engraved
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or engraved jewelry
- Made-to-order or custom-designed pieces
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
- Items returned without original certificates (e.g., gemstone authentication)
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not as ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@armoniagems.com
- Include photos of the product and packaging
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund depending on the issue
6. Return Shipping
- Return shipping is free within India for eligible returns
- For international orders, the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect
7. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@armoniagems.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original box with all included documents
- Ship using the provided return label (if applicable)
