1. Shipping Coverage

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship across all major cities and regions in India.
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Shipping availability and charges will be shown at checkout.

2. Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Products: Dispatched within 2–4 business days.
  • Customized/Made-to-Order Jewelry: Requires 7–14 business days for production before dispatch.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance

Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to local regulations or courier delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping with in India for all orders above $60
  • International Shipping Charges are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and product type.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
  • You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Armonia Gems account.

6. Packaging & Insurance

  • All items are packed securely in tamper-proof packaging.
  • Shipments are fully insured during transit for your peace of mind.

7. Delivery Partners

We use trusted logistics providers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, and DHL for reliable delivery, both domestically and internationally.


8. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.

9. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate when placing your order.
